Scott's unique perspectives and authentic lived experiences as an elite level coach and sportsman, a mentor within the juvenile justice system working with troubled teenage youth, and the LifeChanger Foundation Founder and CEO are thought-provoking and impactful.

Scott's vision is to empower young people to live thriving, resilient lives by developing self-esteem, self-awareness, and a positive self-identity. Since 2016, LifeChanger's preventative mental health and well-being programs have engaged with thousands of teens and community mentors around Australia and New Zealand.

AFL career with stops at West Coast during the 90s powerhouse era, Sydney and Fremantle, receiving runner up in the best and fairest and vice captain in his return to the west Senior AFL assistance and senior coach before moving into the world of creating impact on the lives of many in a different way.
